1. Acceptance of Terms

Thank you for using Job Board ("the App"), developed by Satcs. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. User Account and Security

To use certain features, such as posting jobs or creating a profile, you must register an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and current information.
  • Maintain the confidentiality and security of your login credentials.
  • Accept sole responsibility for all actions performed under your account.
  • Notify us immediately at satheshs.sat@gmail.com if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

3. Job Posting Policies

If you register as an Employer, you are permitted to submit job listings. You represent and warrant that:

  • All posted vacancies are real, active, and accurately described.
  • Job listings do not contain spam, misleading information, discriminatory conditions, or promote illegal activities.
  • You have all necessary permissions to post on behalf of the specified company.

We reserve the right to review and remove any job listing at our discretion if it violates these guidelines.

4. Account and Profile Deletion

You have the right to delete your profile and account at any time. When you select the delete option inside your profile settings:

  • Your account details will be permanently removed.
  • All jobs posted by you (if your role is an Employer) will be automatically deleted from the platform to maintain database integrity.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Satcs makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or availability of the App, job postings, or user profiles. Your use of the App is entirely at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Satcs shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App, including but not limited to employment outcomes, communication issues, loss of data, or security breaches.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the App or static site, and the "Effective Date" at the top will be updated. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
